The Bohemian Grove is a 2,700 Acre wooded rural retreat in Monte Rio, California. It is a private gentlemen’s club where some of the richest and most powerful men in the world meet annually for two weeks of heavy drinking, super-secret talks, and Druid worship. In 1942 a planning meeting took place at the Club to discuss the Manhattan Project, the famous project the lead to the creation of the atomic bomb. Because of it’s secretive nature and assembly of powerful men, and the odd Druid rituals performed, the Bohemian Grove has been part of a number of conspiracy theories.
